Katy will always want to meet you face to face in a first consultation, and this is usually best achieved by a physical consultation. However sometimes that just isn’t possible or sensible. For example, you may find it difficult to travel, due to distance or disability, or prefer not to be in physical proximity to others due to Covid-19. So a video consultation is often much more accessible, and can work especially well as a follow-up. We can also use telephone consultations for follow-ups if necessary.

If you have booked a virtual appointment (skype/ facetime/ telephone) you will need to specify which type of appointment you prefer and provide the correct skype address or telephone number. You can do this by leaving this information with reception on 0203 397 1824. You also have the opportunity to provide this information when you complete your online health questionnaire.
